The Brvtalist Premieres: Ladan - "Zone.2"

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Ladan. The Iranian-artist, whose identity must remain anonymous, steps up for her debut release on Sciahri's Sublunar imprint. The EP contains 5 tracks of striking, cerebral works that range from pulsating rhythmics to experimental excursions. "Zone.2" is a blistering techno offering that reveals the artist's arresting layers of complexity.

After Sciarhi's trilogy on the label, this is an excellent follow up release. A truly standout debut from an emerging producer and we really hope to hear more from her. For now, in addition to the standard edition there's also an extremely limited vinyl with only 30 hand numbered and stamped copies available. It is available for pre-order now with a world wide release coming September 15th. For more visit the Sublunar official Bandcamp page.

Sally Dige - "Holding On" Video Premiere

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere the music video of "Holding On' by Danish-Canadian artist Sally Dige. Off the new album of the same name, "Holding On" is an impressive production based on the Julian Temple film The Great Rock'n' Roll Swindle. We love the glitz, glamour, class and crass of the video and it perfects suits Dige's commanding allure and the music's sultry moods.

Out now on Avant! (EU) and DKA (North America), Holding On is a truly mesmerizing release that strikes the perfect balance of new wave-inspired synths, minimal electronics, post-punk and pop. Dige is a unique talent and we look forward to much more. For further information, visit Facebook and Instagram.

New Brvtalism No. 109 - Morah

The Brvtalist is proud to present a new mix from Morah. The Athens-based artist has released material on Helena Hauff's Return to Disorder and is also founder of the renown Phormix podcast, event and label. His sets cover a wide range of the electronic music spectrum - vintage synth textures merge with industrial beats creating a ritualistic pathway to catharsis. The Athenian producer has gained a reputation as a post-industrial figure, hiding in the shadowy undergrounds of the Greek capital. Surrounded in a town of zombies, Morah decided to focus his entire existence to music. This is the beginning of a psychedelic journey and a devastated attempt for something real and pure.

The Brvtalist Premieres: AnD - "Resisting Authority"

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Manchester's AnD. The project of duo Andrew + Dimitri, AnD continues to push the limits of their sound and destroy confines. "Resisting Authority" is a heavy, mutant, Drum and Bass infused track that smashed us the first time we heard it. It comes off the 3x12", Social Decay, out later this month on Electric Deluxe. The individual records meld together to create a cinematic narrative that weaves between genres, sounds and moods. The release is a pensive look at the continuing conundrums of civilization, while also remaining critically topical.

Social Decay is out September 22nd, 2017 on Electric Deluxe in 3x12" and digital formats. For more and pre-orders visit Bandcamp.

Andi - "Object Crucifix" Video Premiere

The Brvtalist is pleased to present a new video from New York City-baed producer/DJ/writer Andi. "Object Crucifix" comes off the newly release compilation, SYNTHICIDE, a great accompaniment to Andi's monthly event of the same name. The comp features other contemporary favorites like Homoagent, SARIN, Al Ferox and more. "Object Crucifix" is a noir-ish, synth gem infused with 80's minimal and industrial influences. The video by Jordan Passmore nicely captures the track's retro, ritual stylings.

SYNTHICIDE Compilation v1.0 is out now on vinyl format via Ready Made Distribution and will be out digitally September 7th, 2017 on Bandcamp. For more visit Facebook.

New Brvtalism No. 108 - Talker

The Brvtalist is proud to present a new mix from Talker. The Chicago project of Karl Meier and Jon Krohn, the duo has released some great material on Brvtalist favorite Downwards, and the minds behind the group recently launched their own imprint, Standards and Practices. New Brvtalism No. 108 is an infectious, mind bending journey, that also showcases the unrivaled DJ skills of Meier.

Battle Standards is the first EP on the new label and finds Talker at their best - with three tracks that are as rugged as the title implies. With an excellent combination of techno and industrial, these are built to crush the dance floor. Out now on Standards and Practices.

Springsioux x David's Road

On our last visit to Paris, we made sure to visit multi-brand concept store Springsioux. Located on a charming block of Rue Charlot, the shop stocks some of the best known and emerging talent in fashion. With a close eye on progressive designers, Springsioux was a small wonderland for our crew and the shop's variety of ready-to-wear plus shoes and accessories is top notch. While in shopping, we were also able to to see first hand the strong, contemporary looks and exquisite craftsmanship of David's Road. Georgian designer David Gevorkov creates striking, contemporary looks that are inspired by the freedom of the city, its streets and people.

When we saw Springsioux and David's Road teamed up with iconic electronic artist Miss Kittin for a private collection, we couldn't have been more thrilled. Photographed by Sime Eškinja, these images capture the fashion's mystique and the artist's timeless essence.

The new collection of David's Road is available now and contains great pieces that are casually chic and can be worn any time of day. Superb monochrome looks for those who think out of the box. For more visit www.springsioux.com

The Brvtalist Premieres: Le Moderniste - "Prologo Per Il Dolore"

The Brvtalist is pleased to present a new track from Le Moderniste. "Prologo Per Il Dolore" comes off the Belgian artist's tape, Imbalsamazione, the second release on Italian imprint, Infidel Bodies. This is a minimal industrial offering that pays homage to the past while looking toward a morbid future. From the artist:

This album is an evocation to sacrality and mysterious fascination of death. The Le Moderniste sound is radicalized resulting in a strong work that is dark, dirty and smelling of death and filth.

This special edition cassette provides packaging composed of two bags with a c60 pro-dubbed transparent cassette, artwork by Paul van Trigt, hand-sewn insert and black nitrile gloves. Out on September 21st, this is a very impressive, limited release so keep your eyes out. For more visit Facebook and Soundcloud.
