The sounds of Octalisk heavily reflect an ongoing dynamic struggle; treated organic sounds crashing into experimental synthetic processing, ethereal atmospheres escaping dark subterranean void, exoteric dancefloor rhythms meshing with esoteric digital decomposition. "Hiddensee” is the Boston based label & event team SPL latest release; a murky and sprawling piece of industrial-tinged dub techno gives its DNA to two more precise and dance floor oriented offspring.
